The Lady Tata Memorial Trust will offer revised individual scholarship awards to applicants for the Academic Year 2015-16 commencing August 2015 pursuant to Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, revising emoluments for scientific research personnel of all Government-aided Departments / Agencies.
Ongoing individual awardees of the Trust will also be entitled to the same Trust revision effective August 2015.
The Post-Doctoral Fellowship is tenable in the first instance for a period of one year commencing from August each year. It is renewable for a further period of one year based on the first year progress report. The tenure of the Fellowship is not extendable beyond
two years.
The applicant must have a Ph.D. in Science or an M.D./M.S./M.D.S. degree with two years’ research experience and should strictly have first class academics (60% and above) from Class X up to date.
The value of the Fellowship is Rs.36,000/- per month + HRA (as applicable) & annual contingency.
